Astrology data: date, time, and place of birth; gender; and other details you provide for kundli, horoscope, and consultation services.

Communications: messages sent through live chat, contact forms, and support requests.
Payment-related data: credit balance and transaction history (we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers).

You may delete your Nakshatra account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in your dashboard. When you confirm account deletion:

Your account will be permanently deleted and you will no longer be able to sign in.
Your profile, personal details, and access to credits and saved readings will be removed from active use.
Any pending consultations will be cancelled.
We may retain limited anonymized or legally required records for compliance, dispute resolution, and security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, use the account settings in the app or contact us.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
