Welcome to Nakshatra. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use Nakshatra.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
One person may not maintain more than one account for abusive or fraudulent purposes.
By creating an account, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

3. Services Provided

Nakshatra offers astrology-related content and tools including horoscopes, kundli generation, AI-guided readings, Bhagavad Gita guidance, tarot, and live astrologer consultations (chat and video). Astrology content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.

4. Credits & Payments

Certain features require credits. Credits are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Refunds are handled according to our support policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit costs with reasonable notice.

5. Live Astrologer Consultations

Consultations with verified astrologers are subject to astrologer availability. You agree to conduct yourself respectfully during live sessions. Nakshatra is not liable for advice given by independent astrologers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or astrologers.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts.
Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission.
Misrepresent your identity or birth details to manipulate readings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and design on Nakshatra are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account. Upon confirmed deletion:

Your account will be permanently deleted and deactivated.
You will lose access to credits, saved kundlis, consultation history, and other account data.
Deletion is final and cannot be undone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ASTROLOGICAL PREDICTIONS OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAKSHATRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Nakshatra against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
